Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

we have joint custody of our 15 year daughter and we both agree that we can not take our child out of state without the other permission and it is also written in our divorce papers. i just found out she move my daughter out of state without my permission and i dont know where what can i do?

Before you can pursue legal action, you need to locate her. If you can't find her yourself, hire a private detective. When you locate her, see a lawyer.
