If child support is based on a number of days with the noncustodial parent, you can request a modification of child support to increase the payment of the noncustodial parent. This may force the noncustodial parent to visit the child. However, forcing a parent to have a relationship with a child will likely create a horrible environment for the child during visitation. You can't force a parent to like or love a child.
