Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

If a judge ordered child support and alimony and the person stops paying. If I need to travel back to VA (I now reside in GA), am I not entitled to traveling expense and also interest for the amount he's delinquent on?

As to winning travel expenses you'd need to ask a Virginia lawyer and not a Georgia lawyer if that is where the case is.

Most states do allow interest on past due support. That rate may differ from state to state.
