Keeping grandparents away

My child's grandparents smoke. She has asthma. I am the non-custodial parent and try to provide financial and pyshical support for my child. Can I legally keep my child out of the smokie envirnoment and how?

Consult with a local attorney. A judge may well modify visitation to provide that there be no smoking in the presence of the child.
