Kids adopted 10 years comming after me for child support!

My kids were taken by defacs and were only in foster care for 3 months before being adopted.I was ordered to pay $250.00 a month for both.They took a $2500.00 tax return,(all of it),and now 10 years later they say I'm $19,585.00 behind in child support and they want to lock me up.Luckly I still have most of the paper work for all this,most of which is highly questionable,but I am missing part of the actual papers for disolution for reunifacation.I was wondering how to obtain them on line? also I need to obtain the child support court hearing papers,but to do so at the court house would end me up in the jail house!!Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!Thanks!!

Obviously, I haven't checked the courts in all of GA's 159 counties, but as to the ones I have checked, most don't allow you to access the actual documents online. Why not just get a friend to go to the courthouse and get copies?
