Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my kids dad is ordered to pay child support and he is currently behind by 3 months, he doesnt call often i do have days he can call my cell phone which are fridays after 9 anytime saturday and sundays however he doesnt do so..he talks bad about me to the kids to where it gets them upset..as well as insults me over texts messages i want to know wat legal actions i can take to either get complete custody to where he cant do anything without my consent...and my kids are born out of wedlock i just want to make it legal cause when i allowed him to take them to his house they came back complaining that he would leave them at his family members house they would sleep on couches or floors..he is currently not working and doesnt have a his own apartment or any room for them to sleep in ..

Unless he has legitimized the children and has a visitation order, he has no rights to see the children (but must support them).

After you meet with a lawyer you'll leave in a better position than when you went in.
