Fathers (and mothers) generally have the right to see their kids, to some extent. That is generally viewed as a good thing. You do not state the current status of child support, or provide a reason why the father should be permanently banned from seeing his own children, and losing them by adoption, and how that is better for the kids (not just you), other than you are getting married. See a lawyer to provide these details and a basis for what you want to do.
