My husband is cheating. We have court custity of two kids. The papers are in both names. I want to make sure I keep them with me if we divorce? how can I do this? what do I do?

If you are considering divorce or separation the best way to preserve your rights to custody and support are to hire an attorney to help you develop a strategy. Your conduct in your relationship in with your spouse will be a very important factor.

Get a lawyer early on. It is is very important that you retain a lawyer who specializes in this area. It is not something to risk on someone who dabbles in everything, or claims to practice in many areas. Check their website, profiles, etc. Get referrals from other lawyers.
