Land

My mom and dad got divorced a long time ago and my mom owned alot of land at the time. The land was supposed to be divided up between me and my sibblings, but my oldest brother got everything and when he died my last brother got everything. My father and my brother are eating lobster while my mother, me, and my sisters have no money and no land.We are able to live on the land know, but they are wanting 4,000$ an acre. We can't pay and if we don't we lose our homes. Can my mom still get her land back after all these years?
