Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a lawyer and I asked her to file an emergency hearing because I found out the kids are to have supervised visitation with his mom but they are not being supervised and he stayed unsupervisesd overnight. I also have a TPO that is expiring 7/20/12 and he has told friends he is counting down the days of it being lifted.The children are in counselling and the counselor has already agreed to testify in court because he is telling them the reason we are getting a divorce is because I am a call girl. the counselor said he should have a pschological and drug test. I got the TPO because he was on meth and drove me and the kids in the car full of guns saying we had to leave town because we werer being followed by Mexican Mafia.It has been two weeks and still no emergency hearing. Also he has stalled every court date and mediation this has been going on for 10 months. I need help.
