What do i do when my lawyer lets my tpo against my spouse expire?

TPOs expire by operation of law. Your lawyer didn't do that. If you have other questions about your case and have a lawyer, ask him.

The TPO order is only for 12 months. The dates are clearly written in the order. Therefore, your attorney did not "let" it expire. If any future incidents happen, you will have to file a new petition. Hopefully there will be no future incidents.
