Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Lawyers
My husband has 3 daughters. His exwife is married to a lawyer and the four of us are battling back and forth on different issues. Her husband is now stating that he is representing my husbands daughters in claims against us. He is not representing them and they didn't even know that he told that to our lawyer. The girls dislike their stepfather. Please keep in mind that the daughters range in age from 18-24. He put in writing that he was representing them.

Re: Lawyers
You have a lawyer - ask him or her. It would not be appropriate for anyone here to opine about any attorney/client relationships, or absence thereof, when lawyers are already in the case.
