Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Lazy Lawyer

I'm going thru a divorce, that I initiated. My attorney rarely returns calls or e-mails, and I have been sparing about them. We have a deposition in 4 days and he has not even looked at the discovery the last time I asked him (10 days ago) What should I do? Get a new attorney after shelling out $3,500? People say he is good, but so far I have no confidence in him. HELP !!

No one here can help you with your relationship with your lawyer. Discuss the issue in detail with him. I'll add that preparing for a deposition a few days before is normal.
