Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I lead a small Christian church. A Jewish father, who has shared custody, but "final decision-making" authority on matters of religious education, phoned me to insist that, unless I refused his children admittance to my church, I would be in violation of a court order. They attend here every other week with their mother and stepfather.
He's also requesting documents on our programs, etc. He's very rude and aggressive. I don't want him showing up next Sunday to help enforce this arrangement. Any advice?

Ask him to show him any documents that show your church is a party to any court action and bound by orders in the case. Orders generally bind parties (or, in less common circumstances, other named persons), and not others.
You don't need to talk to him at all unless he produces a court order naming you or the church as a party. His dispute is solely with the mother, and it's not your job to police their dispute.
