Leaving the house
Yes i was wondering if im getting a divorce but havent yet, my wife has asked me to move out several times but i told her 4 mths ago i would make the house payment threw april, which i have, i told her after that i would not make any more house payments, i pd all utilities, and everything for the month of april even her car tag, i let her bank her paychecks for 4 mths, now im ready to move out, which she has asked me too also on numerous accounts, if i move out can she get me for abandment, theres no children involved, also im looking to get into another house, i told her if she stayed in the house we are in now she would have to make the payments after april, she didnt wont to put the house up for sale, can i get in any trouble getting in another house, my name is still on the other house also, she wont let me take my name off, but she doesnt wont to sell, how can i get my name off, she has just about stole me blind,, thanks

I doubt any judge would consider this abandonment, as long as she knows how to reach you. As to this and your other questions, consult with a local attorney.
