Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
If I am leaving my husband for another man can I still keep my children?

If the question could possibly be answered with a single fact in one sentence (which it obviously can't), given that all we know is you are abandoning your spouse and (based on similar cases) having an affair and committing adultery already, it would not ook too good for you.
While you have obviously left out all the detail needed to answer you, abandoning your spouse to have an illicit affair is an excellent way to convince a judge that you may be unfit to have custody. Making that choice would send many judges a loud signal that perhaps you should lose your children. You might win in such a case (as many factors affect custody), but if you actually cared about your children you would not take that risk.
