In the state of georgia at what age must a child be to be allowed to choose their school and with whom they wish to live?

There is no age before 18 where a child has an absolute right to do either.

If one parent or the other has a custody case in court, the law essentially says that the Judge should listen to the wishes of a 14 year old as to custody, but the judge can overrule those wishes for good cause, so it is not automatic.

Children have no right to pick a school.
