Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

i need to know if it is legal for my daughter to sign over custody of her child to us if she is in the middle of a deprevation hearing with Defacs. They have only received temp custody during a probable cause hearing

Not only can she not do it, but acting that way, which would be an act of contempt of court, would likely land her (and possibly you) in jail. If she has mentioned such a foolish plan, urge her to talk to her lawyer before she gets herself arrested.
