Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

legal father but not biological father

If i am the legal father, paying child-support (been decieved for 8 years) and have had a DNA test, does my former wife have the right to have another man tested (dna test showed he is the father) and take the child to see him and tell him he is her father?

Consult with a local attorney. This is too complicated and there is too much at stake to try to completly answer your question in this type of forum.
