Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have legal gardian of a 3 yr little girl her parents gave them to me almasot two yrs ago a few months after they did they went to jail on child cruidty for thier 4 mth old at that time had drugs in her system. I am wondering is thier a tile frame for me to have the child b4 the court would give me full cusodty (Adoption) of her with out parents agreeing to it.

You can't adopt a child without the consent of at least one legal parent unless the state takes custody, in which case the state would have to agree to place the child with you for adoption.
