Can I become a Legal Guardian of a Minor, if both parents are deceised

Can I become the legal Guardian of a 17teen year old, if both parents are deceised and there are no other prospective relatives that could care for the teenager?

Yes, you can. You will need to file the appropriate forms in the Probate Court of the residence of the child. You should also at least consult with a local attorney about the process.
