Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Legal non-parent guardian wants to sign over custody of minor to me and has withdrawn the child from school and left her with me. We filed deprivation in Forsyth County and Casa evaluated my home yesterday and wanted to place her here but Floyd County where the initial guardianship was given will not transfer. The current legal guardan is pregnant, un-employed, and moving to Texas this weekend. This child is not in school and I can not enroll her because I am not the guardian. Forsyth county requires a utility bill in the guardians name. I am getting ping ponged around and have been told the guardian can sign over rights in Floyd County Supreme Court to me but no one will tell me what form to file and probate said she has to cancel guardianship then it reverts back to parent which whereabouts are unknown. Can the guardian give me temp custody?
