I am not using an attorney in my child custody case, please tell me what is the time frame for filing interrogatories, discoveries, and demands for documents.

What in the world are you thinking? Is there anything more important warranting hiring a lawyer than making sure your rights to contact with your child (and his/her rights to contact with you) are protected? Your question is way too broad and encompasses a substantial chunk of an entire law school course called "civil procedure". Your discovery deadlines depend on what stage of litigation you are in, and what the discovery plan approved by the court is, among other things. If your custody dispute were not contested, as it obviously is, discovery wouldn't be much of an issue. I am answering quickly before some other lawyer outright rejects your question and you get no guidance. Hire a competent family lawyer now!!!! You have way too much to lose to try to go it yourself.
