My Legal Rights

Recently divorced. Ex-wife name still on property. I am living there. She keeps coming out to house when I am not there and taking things not specified in decree. Can I get a restraining order for this or have her arrested for tresspassing. She has not lived there for 10 months, nor has she gave me any money towards the house. I am supposed to buy her out or sell the house.

It depends on how the decree is worded. It needs to be reviewed by a local attorney who can advise you.
