Legal Separation

Can I get legal separation from my husband in the state of Georgia? We have a 4 year old boy and a soon to be new born baby on July 8, 2009. He has been unfaithful to me in the marriage since we got married and through out the marriage. The woman he is currently seeing, he wants to leave me for, and does not want to separate from her. I need to know what my options are, as well as the first, second and third steps I need to take. I also need full custody of the children because he is too selfish to put there needs before his own.

There is no such thing as legal separation in Georgia. See a lawyer about divorce, or possibly a maintenance case.
