There is no such thing as a legal separation case in Georgia.

The following states don't formally recognize legal separation: Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

So step one is to move to a state that does, and live there long enough to be eligible to file. Discuss that with a lawyer in one of those 43 states.

In Georgia your sole remedy is divorce or separate maintenance. See a lawyer.

Either establish separate maintenance or seek a divorce, In either case, SEEK LOCAL LEGAL REPRESENTATION. Good luck.
