Does a legal seperation de-obligate the wife from the husbands filing of bankruptsy four months after the seperation?

Your question cannot be answered as posted.

(1) There is no such thing as a legal separation in Georgia.

(2) There is no such word as "de-obligate."

(3) A spouse's involvement in a bankruptcy has nothing to do with separation. It has everything to do with how the case was filed and who the parties were when it was filed, a fact you omitted.

(4) You also neglected to state what Chapter bankruptcy it is.
