legal seperation/ divorce
legal seperation: should I, as the husband, support wife till she gets back on her feet from not having a job in 13 months. She has no family here. Plus since I'm in the military, will she lose all benifits to base and medical if we sign the legal sep.?

There is no such thing as a legal separation in Georgia. Georgia does have a procedure, generally not a good idea as it doubles legal fees, called separate maintenance.
Since you say this is in Georgia, and there's no such thing as what you are wanting to sign, you very badly need legal representation.
