In a legal seperation in georgia both parties agree on the terms..can the seperated spouses date or live with someone else..

Georgia does not have legal separations.
When the parties separate, a sexual relationship with someone else is still adultery, which is a crime.
Georgia does have a court action called separate maintenance, where a separated party can seek alimony or child support.
