Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I have a legal seperations in the state of Iowa established 13 years ago & I've tried everything to get husband to give me a final decree, which he won't. He has blocked every effort I've tried in these 13 yrs, has I know live in Georgia. He is trying to close sale on his house in Iowa but as we are still legally married they won't close til I sign that I have no right to the sale of his house. I'm telling him I sign his release when he signs final decree. He has a lawyer that is telling him "they will supenea me to court in Iowa and force me to sign his release......IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Of course not.
The more important question is why have you, for 13 years, failed to get a lawyer to get divorced? If you haven't gotten a lawyer, you have yet to have made a serious effort to get divorced. Hire one.
