Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Is there any way that I can legally fight my now ex boyfriend in court without a lawyer over denying him unsupervised visitation of my soon to be born son? The situation is we got pregnant and then he kicked me out of his house. He tried to talk me into getting an abortion but i wouldn't, he denied the child for several months. I know he has to legally prove it's his child but I want to assure he doesn't get to have my child without me present. He wants to allow his friends and family to be allowed around my child while they are under the influence of weed and right after they have smoked it and even admitted he may allow it in the room with my baby. What can I do to assure he only gets supervised visitation?

You are reacting to a non-existent problem, so stop worrying.
You have no concern at all until a child is born. He can't get anything done until then.
And, even then, unless he files a court case, he has no visitation rights. If he should file then, you do need a lawyer then, and your number one focus would be support. It serves no purpose to ask about a case that doesn't even exist as it may never exist.
