Legally separated and a will

Can a spouse who is not included in a will receive inheritance from their spouse while legally separated?

Possibly (and note that there is no such thing as a legal separation in Georgia). Since you haven't posted any details, and the general answer could be yes or no, there's no way to respond completely to you.
