Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

not legally seperated--What are my rights?

My husband of 3 years(we've lived together for 6) left and has been living in Georgia for the past four months. He has done this numerous times. We have been in touch and have visited one another on a few occasions. I recently paid him a surprise visit only I was the one who was suprised by the question of his fedelity. It angered him that I showed up unannounced and I was told that I had to leave by a police officer because I lived in Alabama and my husband now resided in Georgia. My question is, does he have the right to make me leave his place of residence(he rents) even though we are legally married and not legally seperated? What are my rights as his wife?

He probably has the right to keep you out of his residence, but you need to consult with an attorney with regard to how to handle this situation.
