how can a father legitamize his children?

It is done through the Superior Court and issues such as support and visitation are usually decided in the case. It is fairly simple if the mother consents, and can be more complex otherwise. If you're here in metro Atlanta feel free to call us for more information.

The first step would be to file a petition for legitimation. This is required when the child is born to you and you are not married to the mother. If the mother consents, the court will officially recognize you as the father, and then custody and child support would be decided.
