Find the forms and hope you do it right. In this type of action custody, parenting schedule, medical insurance, uncovered medical payments and life insurance can be considered. Father's who try it without an attorney usually regret it after the order is issued.

You have two options - one bad and one good.
You can look for forms on various court sites, hope you don't screw up, and expect a general disaster anyway if you make any mistakes.
Or you can hire a lawyer. The amount you save on do-it-yourself could be spent many times over dealing with the usually bad order that may come from your pro se case.
