Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Life Insurance Benificiarys

My father recently passed away. It states in my parents divorce decree that my father was suppose to designate $100,000 to me out of a $250,000 life insurance policy. The other goes to my stepmom. My dad actually purchased a $500,000 life insurance policy. My question is do I have a right to challange the amount on the decree because the policy was more than what was stated? Do the portions change?
