Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Is there a limit of time that you have the right to go back and force someone to answer discovery questions. Example: my soon to be ex-husband has not replied to the discovery request from my attorney. It has been 6 month and my attorney has not done anything to make him produce. Can we do anything at this point?
