Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I live in Catoosa county ga. My husband and I are getting a divorce after 2yrs. The home we live in was his when we got married. I decided to file and he said he wants me out now even know the divorce is not final. Can he kick me out before it is final? Thanks

Probably not, but no one here has seen the pleadings. This is something you need to discuss with your lawyer (you do have one, don't you? - Divorce is never a pro se project).
