We live in Dominican Republic we need an Atlanta Birth Certificate my sister born there Legalized with their respective apostilla, I want to know if you can send me the Birth Certificate to Dominican Republic through FEDEX, and we want to know how much will cost, and how is the way we pay?

No - no one here can send your birth certificate. You need to contact the appropriate county office, not an anonymous internet website.

Obviously no one here can send you anything, and Georgia vital records does not fed ex birth certificates. If you go to their website, you will find their procedures and costs to order a certificate and specific instructions if you need exemplified copies for a foreign government.
