I live in GA and the divorce decree gave me the house. My ex refuses to sign quit claim deed.. What happens if he refuses to appear in court?

See your lawyer. He will likely send him one warning letter that he can be found in contempt, and if you have to pull that trigger, he probably will owe you a lot of attorneys fees for his behavior.
