Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I live in GA and have been divorced as of January of this year. My ex-wife has since moved to Ohio gave birth to a child in August that she had with someone else which places the birth within 300 days of the divorce. She needs something stating that the child is not mine, which I am more than willing to provide, so she can put the father of the child on the birth certificate. What does she need?

You need to see your lawyer. It is likely one or both of you filed false paperwork in the divorce, as her pregnancy had to be disclosed. This is not as simple as it sounds. It will cost a lot more to fix it now than it would have to have addressed it in the divorce case, which probably has to be reopened.
If she was pregnant prior to the divorce, then you would be considered the legal father. If she knew she was pregnant she should have disclosed it. You need to speak to an attorney because it could come back to bite you if at some point in the future the alleged biological father proves not to be the father.
