I live in ga can i give up my rights to a child without having to still pay child support

You have no right to make other taxpayers pay for your child. When you choose to unzip your pants, support for any child you sire is your responsility and no, you cannot legally worm out of it. (The only time you can surrender a child will be if someone else adopts your child).
