Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I live in GA but my spouse does not. The paperwork only asks for a notary public of their state on one page. What are the necessary steps for notarizing the papers if this is the case

Your post makes no sense as posted. What paperwork? What type of case?

It sounds like you are about to make the huge mistake of starting some type court case without a lawyer. And if something as minor and basic as notarizing has confused you, you are way over your head.

You can repost your question and make it clearer, but a smarter move would be to go see a lawyer.
