Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I live in Georgia and have filed for divorce from my spouse whom is in court ordered rehab right now for a possession of meth charge and will be released in about 3 weeks. I'm suppose to go to court this week to finalize my divorce. I recently failed a drug test for dfcs and they have forced me to be supervised with my children at all times by people in my family who have passed drug screenings. What rights do they have? what rights do i have? I've never dealt with the before nor do I know the legal guidelines. Will the show up in court? Can they? Please Help!?

You have a highly complex case that REQUIRES a lawyer. Hire one now, Your children are at stake which is a darn good reason to get this right.
