Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I live in Georgia and my husband lives in Tennessee. We have been seperated almost a year. We have 2 children together. He has a girlfriend right now and I have a boyfriend. I just found out that I am expecting and was wondering would this cause any problems with me still being married?

Problems with what? You don't mention any ongoing legal proceedings or legal question. If you are asking whether it could raise issues with a Judge in a custody case, it certainly can with many judges who consider it irresponsible and perhaps even immoral. Adultery is also a crime. If you are living with the person, even more chance of negative consequences.
