Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I live in Georgia and my ex lives in Florida. She has 2 child support cases open 1 in Colorado and 1 in Puerto Rico for the same child. I owe 10,000 in child support because of the 2 cases open. I am now having my doubts if I am the father or not. My son is 11 years old and I have not seen him in over 4 years. Is there a way I can get a paternity test because my ex will not agree to it. And if it turns out I am not the father do I still have to pay the child support?

Generally, when you fail to challenge paternity in the initial case you may waive the right to do it later. You need to retain counsel to examine the records in those cases to see if that is the case.
