Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I live in Georgia, been married for 7 yrs to a man with an MBA, I was a working fast food with no education when we met. In the past few years I have developed depression and bipolar, and can barely get out of bed most days, he won't leave me but we live like roommates. I want a divorce, because of his neglect, cheating, and abuse but I'm afraid to lose my apt. We have no kids and no assets, the car is his. After 7 years married, am I entitled to any alimony or anything?

You may very well be entitled to support (alimony) but it is impossible to tell without reviewing your entire situation. Consult with a local attorney.
