Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I live in Georgia with my wife and stepkids, and have sole ownership to the title of my house (owned it prior to the marriage). One of my stepkids is completely out of control. Do I have the legal right to force them to leave my home, once they turn 18 (regardless, of course, of my wife's anticipated protests)?

You can probably go to magistrates court and file an eviction if you want (after age 18). I'd suggest before you do so that you get a very good divorce lawyer, as you'll likely need one.
