Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I live in Georgia,our marrage licens has my husbonds middle name spelled one way and on the divorce its spelled another way and on the medition papers my last name was spelled wrong,can I file an appeal and husband has taken another woman ,,and can he be got for committing bigimey.

The misspellings are irrelevant (you could ask the court to issue a corrective order but that, as I am sure your lawyer told you, doesn't change the outcome).
