Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

i live in south Georgia and my wife and I are now separated but not divorced yet. She has taken our 2 children, ages 3 and 1, and left with them. She has traveled to north Florida, south Florida, Colorado, and now in Arizona. She is not in regular communication with me nor is she giving me any indication of when or if she is planning on returning to Georgia. What are my legal rights?

You need a lawyer immediately. Once she is out of Georgia 6 months you will likely have to pursue a divorce in her state. Until then the case would be in Georgia.
